Cozy Games may not be the most familiar games provider on the block, but it is certainly making inroads into the mobile casino market through a partnership with the mammoth Rank Group. The company announced at the end of January that two new mobile slot games, Rubies and Sapphires and Queen of Legends, would be coming to players soon.
Cozy Games was founded in 2005 and consists of a team of individuals that have many years of experience within the industry. They are responsible for over ninety casino titles, offered both under their own brand and as a white label service to other providers, with experience not only in slots but also bingo, table games and progressive jackpots.
Rubies and Sapphires is definitely one of those mobile slots that does exactly what it says on the tin – the symbols and imagery are somewhat classic in their approach but still catch the eye through their brightness and detail. Cozy Games worked with Sigma Games on the release, with the latter best known for their work on popular games such as Rainbow Riches and Cashino.
Queen of Legends is also the result of a further partnership, with the company working closely with Lightning Box which has been creating slot games in its own right since 2004. If the Lightning Box name isn’t all that familiar, then one company that they’ve worked with that you will certainly have heard of is IGT. Some of IGT’s most popular slot games of recent years had their maths and statistics models designed by the team at Lightning Box, so they certainly have credentials within the industry, if not the name recognition to back it up.
Rob Wheeler, Commercial Director at Cozy Games, commented: “I’m thrilled that we have been able to deliver these new games to Rank and we’re confident that our partnership will be strengthened further during 2014 as we continue to create and deliver more high quality games content for their players to enjoy.”
Simon Woolf, the Director of Mobile at Rank Group also commented on the new games, adding: “We are pleased to be extending our working relationship with Cozy Games in taking their latest HTML5 games, including Rubies and Sapphires and Queen of Legends. They are going to be an exciting addition to our current portfolio and we can’t wait to get these games rolled out to our players.”
As noted, the games have been created in HTML5, meaning that they will work equally well across all mobile platforms including iOS and Android, on both smartphones and tablets. The games are coming soon and you’ll be sure of finding out all about their official releases right here at MobileCasino.net.
