Probability Plc. is one of the market leaders in the mobile gaming sector, with partnerships that span the globe, not to mention their own great mobile casino properties in the form of LadyLuck’s and Moobile Games. Based in London, they feature regularly here on the blog at MobileCasino.net and that is mainly down to the massive growth that they have experienced to coincide with what can only be described as a mobile casino gaming boom period.
Their name recognition and brand value is increasing every day thanks to partnerships with some huge names like Paddy Power, and the big betting brands are definitely starting to take notice if they hadn’t already. One aspect of any business that proves its credentials in the industry is their ability to attract and retain key staff, and Probability has pulled off something of a coup with the appointment of Michael Byrne as their new Chief Commercial Officer with the intention of staying ahead of the pack as the industry matures.
Based on his career so far, Byrne appears to be a natural choice to assist in taking Probability to the next level within a senior management position. He was Head of Mobile at William Hill, arguably the biggest name in betting and gaming in the UK and was in the position until as recently as 2012. His next career move made him even more suitable for a senior role with Probability as he left William Hill in order to set up Bet & Move, a gaming company that relied on Probability’s own gaming software as the backbone of the operation.
In this new role, Byrne will be responsible primarily for Probability’s direct to customer business, meaning that while others take care of business partnerships, he will be a driving factor behind the success of the company’s own reach in both the UK and other important markets, particularly Italy.
Charles Cohen, the CEO at Probability, never shies away from passing comment on the latest developments within his company and he said on the appointment of Byrne: “He comes to us with an unrivalled depth of knowledge and expertise in mobile gaming. He has proven his expertise in both acquisition and customer retention, as well as demonstrating a real feeling for the customer and the product. Following the significant investment that we have made in our product and platform over the past few years, it is great to have him here to take it out on the open road.”
If you want to see what Probability is all about then we’d definitely recommend checking out the aforementioned LadyLucks and Moobile Games casinos, with both having their own dedicated reviews here on the site. Alternatively, you can take your pick of any of the big names on our review list like Paddy Power or 32red, both of which have established partnerships with the company. Be sure to keep an eye on the blog and also to follow MobileCasino.net on social media for all of the latest developments at Probability and the other major players in the mobile casino gaming industry.
